Parking and Transport

Here at Brookside Guest House we are in the enviable position of being able to offer dedicated off road parking to all of our guests. One space per room, making your visit easy and comfortable.

The majority of our guests park up when they arrive and more often than not, don’t feel the need to use their car again whilst they are staying. Brixham has a brilliant bus service and the Number 12 bus takes you from Brixham to Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbott. It is a very reliable service with bus stops located just 25 metres either side of our Guest House and running every 10-15 minutes.

In addition you can get the Number 18 bus from Brixham’s central bus station to Kingswear. Once there, just a short ferry crossing takes you into Dartmouth – another very reliable service and a great place to visit. Transport links to and from Brixham are easy.

There is a very good train service which runs from both Birmingham and also London Paddington, taking you to Paignton and Torquay. In both of these locations you can easily connect with the Number 12 bus through to Brixham. In addition the National Express run a service from London’s Victoria Station, via Heathrow Terminal 2, straight to Torquay & Paignton.
