The new Brookside is now an unstuffy yet stylish boutique guest house bed & breakfast, with contemporary furnishings and relaxed feel. We have 5 rooms, ranging from doubles to a deluxe suite.

Brookside Guest House Bed & Breakfast, has become well known for its delicious generous sized breakfasts. Start your day with a wonderful breakfast of locally sourced organic ingredience. Choose from cereal to a smoked salmon breakfast. 

Brookside Guest House Bed & Breakfast provides a superb location for exploring the Brixham, Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth, Totnes, South Hams and surrounding countryside.

Parking is limited in Brixham, however we have the added bonus of off road parking for 8 cars, so you can ensure your stay in Brixham remains as stressfree as possible.

To complete your stay is a large garden terrace, ideal for relaxing. We encourage guests to take full use of this new facility and happily provide wine glasses for those who want to enjoy a peaceful drink.

On the ground floor is our flagship suite which even includes a private lounge area for the ultimate stay. All rooms are spotlessly clean, very confortable and modern. Rooms are doubles but are available for single use at an attractive discount (subject to season), all have colour flat screen televisions plus DVD,s with an upto date selection of films etc.  Tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms have modern en suite shower rooms, for which carefully chosen toiletries are provided for your addedd convenience.

There is Wi-Fi Internet access in all rooms which is available without charge.

If you would like to keep cool drinks for those hot summer days we have provided a fridge in every room.

If you are visiting us out of season or in cooler climes central heating is installed throughout the guest house. 

 

For breakfast, we aim to accommodate all tastes. Our policy is to use all local organic produce (where possible). For breakfast we offer free range eggs, smoked-bacon, or alternatively smoked-salmon or kippers. Further, we provide at least 4 fresh fruits, melon, figs, prunes, apricots plus fresh strawberries and other seasonal berries. This is in addition to your choice of cereal, hot toast and freshly brewed tea or coffee.

For guests who are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements for breakfast please contact us prior to your arrival stating your exact needs and we will be happy to assist.
