If you are travelling by car directions are as follows: From the M5/Exeter follow the A38 and A380 (Torbay) to Newton Abbott. Continue on A380 toward Torquay via kingskerswell and turn right at the Riviera Roundabout still on A380 around Paignton and A3022 to Brixham. On entering Brixham follow road markings "Town" at Monksbridge traffic lights. Brookside is then 6th bungalow on right in New Road
